- Nominations for Valedictorian for the June 2012 Convocation:
- Faculty of Arts - nominations due Tuesday Feb 28, 2012. There will be 2 valedictorians, one for each of the Arts Convocation ceremonies. Click here for details and the nomination form.

- Applications to Serve on the Valedictorian Selection Committee for the June 2012 Convocation:

- Psychology Convocation Luncheon (June convocation only):
- The Psychology Convocation Luncheon will be held in the department on Thursday June 14, 2012 at 11:30 a.m. Those graduating (BA Psych and BSc Psych) June 2012 will be sent an invitation to the luncheon for themselves and the guests that they will be taking to the convocation ceremony. Mark your calendars!

Taken On-Campus:
If your last school term is Fall 2010, Winter 2011, or Spring 2011 and you are hoping to graduate June 2011 or Oct 2011, please book the date/time for your photo session as soon as possible because slots fill early.
For those registered in the Faculty of Arts:
- photographs can be arranged through Lifetouch Photography located in the lower level of the Student Life Centre (SLC).
- Sign Up On-line for a photo session.
- If your last school term is Fall 2011, Winter 2012, or Spring 2012 and you wil be graduating in 2012, your photo must be taken by Lifetouch Photography no later than March 9, 2012 if you want your photo to appear on the Psychology BA class composite (i.e., the group photo) for 2012.
- Life Touch Photography will be handing out class composites at the convocation ceremonies. If you will not be attending convocation, please contact their office directly to make arrangements for your composite to be mailed or picked up.

For those registered in the Faculty of Science:
- photgraphs can be arranged through New School Photography.New School Photography does not have an office on-campus so availability of photo sessions is limited. Book your appointment early! Ask the photographer or at the Science Society Office regarding the deadline for photos to appear on the class composite.

- about class composites (i.e., the group photo):
- unfortunately there will be no combined BA/BSc Psychology class composite. Ask the photographer which Faculty of Science class composite your photo will appear on.
- those in the Science Faculty who have their photos taken by Lifetouch Photography (i.e., the Faculty of Arts photographer - see above) instead of New School Photography will be able to obtain their individual photographs but their photo will not appear on the Psychology BA class composite or on the appropriate Science Faculty class composite.
- For those of you who had graduation photos taken by New School Photography, please ask the photographer or at the Science Society Office how and when you will be receiving your class composite.
