Applications for UW’s Excalibur 2012 team are now open!
Excalibur is a unique contest that brings together teams from all across Canada, teaching students how to solve real-life work situations. It’s a high level HR competition … a professional development opportunity … a test of your KSAOs … an amazing experience … and probably one of the toughest (and smartest) things you’ll do as part of your HR career development strategy. It’s also a lot of fun!
UW has had two podium finishes in the last three years, and we want YOU to be a member of our 2012 team.
How do I make the team you ask?
Step 1 - Please find an information and application package here. Applications and resumes are due Monday, November 14th, 2011 to Sara Cleland – saclelan@uwaterloo.ca
Step 2 - A select number of candidates will be chosen for a brief (approx. 10 minute) phone interview which will take place between Nov. 16th and Nov. 18th.
Step 3 – A select number of candidates will be chosen for an in-person interview taking place the week of Nov. 21st (flexible timing).
Step 4 – Individuals from Step 3 will be contacted by November 30th, and notified about their candidacy for the Excalibur team.
Step 5 – The real adventure begins – January 2012!
