HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGEMENT DIPLOMA - 2004 requirements
Students in degree studies who satisfactorily complete the requirements for the HRM Minor, but for whatever reason must discontinue their degree studies, may request a Diploma in HRM. Those who earn an HRM Diploma are precluded from pursuing a second HRM Plan if they are later admitted or readmitted to degree studies.
Important information for those considering enrolling in the HRM Diploma:
- It is not possible to complete the HRM Diploma via Distance Ed. You must be available to attend on-campus courses. You must complete HRM 200 in your first term of Diploma studies.
- University level courses will require a time commitment on your part. Plan on two to three hours of study time for every hour you spend in class per course.
- Participation is an important component of learning. It is expected that you will attend all classes, as a great deal of learning occurs through the interaction of the participants.
- Please refer to the 'Prospective Student' website for information on applying to the University of Waterloo.
