The Psychology Department offers master's (MASc) and doctoral (PhD) programs that follow a scientist/practitioner model of training. The master's program includes supervised research and an internship term, in addition to coursework in I/O Psychology content, research methods, statistics, and practical skills. The doctoral program adds advanced coursework in I/O content and in statistics, plus additional research activity and additional opportunities for supervised practical experience.
